We had such a delightful stay with you all at The White Hart Hotel and thank you so much for the warmth of your hospitality and welcome.
From the very moment of our arrival we were made to feel rather more like "old friends" than new guests ... a very rare quality in the industry today.
Our suite was an absolute delight, the service exceptional and the cuisine in the restaurant sent us on a voyage to gastronomic nirvana. You may rest assured we shall become regulars at the WH.
In the meantime, do please convey our sincere thanks and humble appreciation to Dawn, Alison and indeed the entire team for making our stay such a memorable experience.

I am writing to formally thank-you so much for look after our party so well last weekend when twelve of us, the church elders and myself with our wives, came for our short retreat time away.
We all found the welcome we received was overwhelmingly warm: we found the service and attention to detail outstanding, the staff were very caring, and could not do enough for us; and finally the food throughout our stay was absolutely superb. We were unanimous in saying that we could not recommend the hotel more highly. Everything about our stay was excellent. We were exceedingly impressed. Please thank the staff again on our behalf.
